Order Processing Time
All Kefhan products are made to order. Each item is created just for you after you place your order. Our typical production (processing) time is 2–7 business days, depending on the product and our print partner’s capacity.
Shipping Times
Once your order is produced, it ships directly from our print partner’s facility. Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (within your region): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, local delivery conditions, customs processing times, and factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address, the item(s) ordered, and your selected shipping option. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown before you complete your order.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Some regions may have longer delivery times or limited tracking options. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties set by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility to pay upon delivery.
Lost or Returned Orders
If your order is lost in transit or doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@kefhan.com so we can investigate and help resolve it.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed and returned to the sender, you may request a paid reprint and reship or opt for a partial refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
