Made Just for You
Every Kefhan piece is made to order, produced only after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or simply changed your mind.
Damages or Manufacturing Errors
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help:
- Contact us at hello@kefhan.com within 20 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- If multiple items are affected by the same issue, include one photo (or video) showing all affected products together.
If your claim is approved, we’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund; no need to return the item. Claims reported after 20 days of delivery cannot be processed.
Important Sizing Note
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order. Minor variations (up to 0.5 inch) in print placement on garments are normal and not considered defects.
Delivery Issues
If a shipment can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed by the recipient, you may choose:
- A paid reprint and reship, or
- A partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color, or change of mind. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers usually have the right to cancel or return orders within 20 days. However, this does not apply to custom-made items, so Kefhan products are exempt under EU law.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that your bank may need extra time to post the funds. If it’s been more than 20 business days since your refund was approved, please reach us at hello@kefhan.com.
